2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Please note that due to the nature of fragrance products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used perfumes, oils, humra, incense, or room sprays.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance products.
- Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact them directly).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Return Process

- Approval: We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the product securely and ship it back to us using a trackable courier.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange for a different scent or product, please initiate a return for refund and place a new order.
