- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country’s regulations.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees:
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- Issue a refund minus shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zaffan.ng with photos of the package and items.
