4. Shipping and Delivery

1. Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, oils, and incense), returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and undamaged items within [7–14] days of delivery.
2. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approved claims.
3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
